Travomatrix does not:

• Own airlines
• Operate hotels
• Control transportation services
• Operate immigration or visa services
• Guarantee supplier performance

Accordingly, Travomatrix shall not be responsible or liable for:

• Supplier failures
• Airline operational issues
• Hotel service deficiencies
• Schedule disruptions
• Supplier insolvency
• Overbookings

• Third-party service quality

All services remain subject to the respective supplier's own terms, conditions, and operational policies.

All B2B collaborations are conducted strictly on a principal-to-principal basis. Nothing contained in the platform, agreements, or website shall:

• Create a partnership
• Establish an employment relationship
• Create a joint venture
• Constitute legal agency authorization

No Partner or Agent shall have authority to:

• Represent Travomatrix as its legal representative
• Create liabilities on behalf of the Company
• Bind the Company contractually without written authorization

Travel inventory, pricing, and content displayed through the platform are sourced from airlines, GDS systems, hotel suppliers, aggregators, and third-party travel APIs. Such inventory:

• Is dynamic in nature
• Changes frequently
• May be withdrawn without notice
• Is subject to supplier control

Travomatrix does not guarantee:

• Continuous fare availability
• Lowest available pricing
• Accuracy of third-party content
• Uninterrupted inventory access

The Company reserves the right to cancel, re-price, reverse, or deny ticket issuance in cases involving:

• Technical/system errors
• Incorrect fare filings
• Supplier restrictions
• Fraud detection
• Operational issues

Travomatrix shall not be liable for:

• Airline ADM (Agency Debit Memo)
• ACM reversals
• Supplier debit notes
• GDS penalties
• Queue violations
• Inventory abuse penalties

Any losses or liabilities arising due to the following shall remain the sole responsibility of the concerned Agent or B2B Partner:

• Duplicate bookings
• Passive segments
• Churning
• Fictitious names
• Hidden city ticketing
• No-show abuse
• Fake bookings
• Unauthorized practices

The Company reserves the right to:

• Recover such liabilities
• Suspend accounts
• Hold balances
• Forfeit deposits
• Initiate legal recovery proceedings

All technology services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Travomatrix does not guarantee:

• Continuous uptime
• Error-free API functionality
• Uninterrupted access
• Compatibility with third-party systems
• Data synchronization accuracy

The Company shall not be liable for:

• Server downtime
• API disruptions
• Internet failures
• Cyber incidents
• Software bugs
• Data corruption
• Third-party infrastructure failures

Travomatrix shall not be liable for:

• Banking delays
• Failed card/UPI transactions
• Payment gateway downtime
• Chargeback disputes
• Fraudulent payments
• Unauthorized transactions initiated by users or customers

Any credit facility extended to B2B agents shall remain subject to:

• Internal approval
• Risk assessment
• Separate agreements

The Company reserves the right to suspend credit lines, hold balances, adjust receivables, or recover dues without prior notice in case of financial exposure or risk.

Refunds are governed strictly by:

• Airline rules
• Hotel cancellation policies
• Supplier conditions
• GDS regulations

Travomatrix acts only as a facilitator for refund processing and does not independently control refund approvals, airline settlement cycles, or supplier timelines. Refund timelines displayed on the platform are indicative only. Service fees, convenience charges, payment gateway charges, and processing fees may remain non-refundable.

All travelers remain solely responsible for:

• Passport validity
• Visa approvals
• Transit visa requirements
• Immigration compliance
• Health documentation
• Government travel advisories

Travomatrix shall not be liable for:

• Visa rejection
• Immigration refusal
• Deportation
• Denial of boarding
• Entry restrictions imposed by authorities

Any visa assistance provided by the Company is advisory in nature only and does not guarantee approval.

The website and platform may contain third-party links, supplier descriptions, promotional content, API-based information, and travel advisories. Travomatrix does not independently verify all such content and shall not guarantee:

• Accuracy
• Completeness
• Reliability
• Legality

Users access third-party content at their own discretion and risk.

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, Travomatrix shall not be liable for the following arising from supplier failures, technology disruptions, travel interruptions, B2B partner activities, force majeure events, or use/inability to use the platform:

• Business interruption
• Loss of profits

• Reputational damage
• Opportunity loss
• Mental distress

The Company's total aggregate liability under any circumstance shall not exceed the service fees charged for the concerned transaction, or INR 10,000 — whichever is lower.

Agents and API partners remain solely responsible for safeguarding:

• Login credentials
• API keys
• Customer information
• Access rights

Unauthorized activities are strictly prohibited, including:

• Scraping
• Automated extraction
• Inventory caching
• Rate redistribution
• Bot usage
• Unauthorized resale

Travomatrix reserves the right to:

• Suspend accounts
• Block IP addresses
• Restrict access
• Initiate legal proceedings against violators

Agents and partners remain solely responsible for:

• GST compliance
• TCS/TDS obligations
• FEMA compliance
• RBI/LRS compliance
• Tax filings
• Local regulatory obligations

Travomatrix shall not be responsible for non-compliance by agents or customers.

Travomatrix Technologies Private Limited reserves the right to amend, modify, revise, or update this Disclaimer Policy at any time without prior notice.

This Disclaimer Policy shall be governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to courts located in Mohali, Punjab, India.
