Getting Started
How do I create a TravoMatrix account?+
Visit travomatrix.com and click 'Register'. You'll need your agency details, GST number (if applicable), and a valid mobile number for OTP verification. Approval usually takes 1–2 business days.
What documents do I need to complete onboarding?+
You'll need your agency's PAN card, GST certificate (optional but recommended for GST fares), and an authorised signatory ID proof. Upload these during the onboarding flow.
Can I add sub-agents under my account?+
Yes. Once your account is approved, go to Dashboard → Members to invite and manage sub-agents with configurable access levels.
Flights & Bookings
How do I search and book a flight?+
Log in, go to the Flights section, enter your origin, destination, and travel dates, then hit Search. Select a fare, fill in traveller details, and confirm payment to complete the booking.
Can I book tickets for multiple passengers at once?+
Yes. Set the number of Adults, Children, and Infants in the search bar before searching. All passengers are booked on the same PNR.
Where can I see my booking confirmation?+
Go to Dashboard → Bookings. Each confirmed booking shows the PNR, ticket numbers, e-ticket PDF, and full fare breakup.
What payment methods are accepted?+
Bookings are debited from your TravoMatrix Wallet. You can top up your wallet via NEFT, IMPS, or UPI. Credit card topups may be available depending on your agency tier.
Cancellations & Refunds
How do I cancel a booking?+
Go to Dashboard → Bookings, open the booking, and click 'Cancel'. Cancellation charges as per the airline's fare rules apply. The net refund is credited back to your TravoMatrix Wallet within 5–7 business days.
What is the refund timeline?+
Wallet refunds typically reflect within 5–7 business days after the airline processes the cancellation. Bank refunds (if applicable) take 7–10 business days.
Can I change the travel date without cancelling?+
Date changes depend on the fare type booked. If the fare allows date changes, you'll see a 'Date Change' option in the booking detail. Applicable change fees and fare differences will be shown before confirmation.
Wallet & Payments
How do I add funds to my wallet?+
Go to Dashboard → Wallet and click 'Add Funds'. You can transfer via NEFT/RTGS/IMPS to our designated account or use UPI. Funds reflect within 30 minutes for UPI and up to 4 hours for bank transfers.
Is there a minimum wallet balance required?+
No minimum balance is required, but your wallet must have sufficient funds to cover the total booking amount including taxes and service charges at the time of booking.
Can I get a statement of all transactions?+
Yes. Dashboard → Wallet → Transaction History gives you a full ledger. You can filter by date range and export it as a CSV.
Markup & Pricing
How does the markup feature work?+
You can add a flat or percentage markup to any fare directly from the flight search results. The marked-up price is what you charge your end customer; TravoMatrix bills you the net fare.
Can I set default markups for all bookings?+
Yes. Go to Dashboard → Markup Settings to configure default markups by airline, route, or fare type. These apply automatically in search results and can be overridden per booking.
Technical & API
Does TravoMatrix offer an API for integration?+
Yes. Our REST API lets you integrate flight search, booking, and management into your own system. Find the full documentation at docs.travomatrix.com.
Where do I get my API keys?+
Go to Dashboard → Developer → API Keys. Generate and manage keys with configurable permission scopes.
